Welcome to the AIS Educator Association

The AIS Educator Association (AISEA) is a non-profit organization of Accounting Information Systems (AIS) professors, formed in 1999 by Professor John R. “Jack” Stewart, University of Northern Colorado.

Mission and Activities

  • Host an annual conference where faculty share course strategies, methods, tools, cases, and other learning materials relevant to AIS education, with hands-on training in classroom technology.
  • Disseminate AIS research through the AIS Educator Journal, our open-access refereed scholarly journal.
  • Provide both online and face-to-face meeting places in which AIS educators can share ideas in an inclusive and collegial manner.

Members don’t pay an annual fee — participation in the annual conference is what keeps the Association running. Learn how membership works →
